Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking an Administrative Assistant for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now.

What you will do in this role:

* You will provide administrative support including general clerical tasks and managing communication and correspondence

* You will assist with reporting such as compiling data, filing, and developing report summaries

* You will manage calendars and meeting coordination including preparing meeting materials and confirming attendees

* You will develop and implement office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records, and systems

* You will assist with the development and implementation of budget and operational plans

What Qualifications you will need:

* One year of administrative experience in a professional office setting is highly preferred

* Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required
