We are seeking a(an) Customer Service Rep for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

To perform daily clerical and customer service duties for customers who access the Methodist Healthcare Pregnancy Testing sites.

What you will do In This Role:

  • You will check patients in/out and ensures necessary registration information is completed. Enters new patient information in computer system.
  • You will guide the patient in the pregnancy testing procedure. If positive, determines physician status and assists with free physician referral to include making first appointment.
  • You will enter patients/family members/children to become a Woman Plus/55 Plus/Young Heroes member.
  • You will maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies and secures all supplies as necessary and orders as needed. Maintains inventory of print materials to distribute to patients testing in the Family Health Centers and places orders when needed.
  • You will answer, screens, and directs phone calls. Determines urgency of situation, suggests appropriate referrals, appointments, assists callers and informs director when the situation warrants further action or attention.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Graduate / GED
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Some College coursework preferred
