Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Marketing Manager for Methodist Healthcare System who is responsible for the organization of MarCom campaigns across multiple marketing and communications teams. They are responsible for establishing productive work relationships and communicating effectively across various cross-functional teams, and understanding the unique needs and contributions of various stakeholders. Additionally, they are responsible for delivering mission-driven work and community-focused initiatives. What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • Organize MarCom campaigns across multiple marketing and communications teams. Develop briefs and proposals in collaboration with MarCom, Strategy, and Service Line teams.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all campaign stakeholders and agency partners, facilitating communications, delivery of assets, contract execution, budget & project management, etc.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to develop campaign reports and summaries, noting primary, secondary, etc, KPIs, insights, and next steps.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure terms and conditions are fulfilled and executed to plan.
  • Lead team meetings on status updates and various project management milestones.
  • Work with dept leadership on quarterly/annual campaign & budget planning.
  • Manage invoice processing, ensuring vendor and media payments are executed on-time and per the campaign plan.

 What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business from an accredited program.
  • 5 years of experience in a Marketing, Advertising, Communications, etc. or related role
  • Preferred: Project management, Hospital, Healthcare, or Non-Profit work experience
