We are seeking a(an) EVS Lead for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Environmental Services Associate Team Lead you will supervise and be responsible for the general cleanliness of the following areas at the Medical Facilities: patient care areas, administrative areas, ancillary support areas, rest rooms, and all other areas requiring Environmental Services support.

What you will do In This Role:

  • You will supervise and perform the cleanliness and neat appearance of assigned area, ensure that the schedule is complete, and instructions from supervisors are followed.
  • You will use tools, supplies, equipment and chemicals for their intended purpose so that equipment and hospital property are not damaged.
  • You will observe and report any deficiencies of equipment, furniture, fixtures and the building.
  • You will control/Monitor use of the cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • You will apply proper infection control practices and isolation techniques.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • You must read, speak, and understand the English Language
  • Team Lead should have six months of prior Environmental Service type cleaning experience

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
