Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Data Coordinator who will provide support to the Clinical Research Coordinator and Research Nurse on a daily basis, while ensuring all activities are conducted according to company policies and all applicable FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.  

What you will do in this role: 

1.Supports Clinical Research Coordinator to meet industry trial deadlines by obtaining source documentation for patients enrolled onto clinical trials and completing case report form along with query resolution and SAE reporting and tracking. 

2.Creates and maintains study administrative files and archive files. Appropriately submits documents to the local and clinical trial Institutional Review Board. 

3.Creates and maintains patient visit tracking spreadsheets for the Research Coordinator and assisting in the creation and management of source document templates including invoicing and completing billing forms and insurance verification of clinical trial participation for regulatory compliance. 

4.Attends meetings as assigned and reports on actions, as well as, participating in educational activities and programs for clinical research. 

5.Assigned special procedural projects to enhance the functioning of the research program and maintains strictest confidentiality. 

6.Works closely with industry sponsor representatives to establish site visits, tours and physician meetings.  

What qualifications you will need:

Minimum Education and Experience: 

High School Graduate; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
