A Lead Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned facilities, areas and equipment to include plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, heating and cooling and other building systems. The Lead Maintenance Technician will also serve as the lead position in mentoring and guiding the Maintenance Techs and Maintenance Apprentices. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of maintenance procedures, thorough knowledge of basic hand and power tools and exhibit an ability to lead others. Lead Maintenance Techs must be capable of troubleshooting more complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues with exceptional communication and organizational skills and lead others by example.
