Seeking a Manager - Advanced Clinicals to join our team who will be a key is a key facility resource that is responsible in assisting the Director of Advance Clinicals for delivering and successful implementation of electronic healthcare record (EHR) resource for physicians, nursing, and all other hospital staff.. They are responsible for coordinating the completion of project assessments and parameter settings and assisting with the development of education/training materials at the facility level.


What you will do in this role:

  • Assist in implementation and support of division-wide standardization, utilization, integration and optimization activities related to CPOE and advanced clinical application/ tools..  
  • Collaborate in the development, execution, and support of education plan, tools and resources focused on the CPOE clinical initiative through on going rounding and support of staff, nurses, directors, IS teams members and physicians.
  • Oversees audits and reports of electronic health record used to report results for CPOE, PDOC, and other EHR Projects. Resolution of semi-complex issues and requests escalated from the division Service Desk or other division or facility service resources.
  • Review Evidence Based Order Set for efficiency and clinical suitability, Review with Physicians and Nursing staff to ensure appropriate functionality..
  • Monitor various advanced clinicals usage trend reports. Identify gaps/areas of opportunity and assist develop action plan to address areas of concern.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.












  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree nursing program 
  • Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Clinical Bachelor's Degree


  • 5 years of clinical nursing hospital experience. 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in clinical applications support or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Meditech and Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Customer service orientation and/or training. 

License/Certificates/Registrations Required: 

  • RN License to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas.
