Seeking a PRN Behavioral Medicine Program Therapist to join our team. The BM Therapist is a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team that provides direct age-appropriate clinical care and case management services to behavioral health patients. In coordination with other team members develops the patient’s individualized plan of care. Is responsible for conducting individual, group, and family therapy as needed, as well as completion of assessments and other required clinical documentation. who will make sure patient equipment is cleaned and made available to use for patient care.
What will you do in this role?
  • Provides age-appropriate individual, group and family therapy as well as psychoeducational groups as clinically indicated.
  • Provides case management services to patients to include discharge planning and linkage with community resources.
  • Completes integrated biopsychosocial and other assessments, as needed, in a timely manner.
  • Is responsible for the organization and completion of treatment planning reviews.
  • Communicates with team members, referral sources and community resources to coordinate services for the patient.
  • Completes required documentation in patients’ records in a thorough and timely manner.


  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
  • Five years of experience in a mental health setting is required. 
  • Licensed in the State of Texas as a Licensed Master of Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
