We are seeking a(an) Director of PI & Project Management for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.  The Director of Performance Improvement and Project Management is a key role for strategic development in performance improvement within the call center work flow, scheduling, and monitoring quality of service provided as well as clinical and facility workflow performance improvement of STRIC.    Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

This role is responsible for designing, developing and applying statistical tools to analyze operational processes for the call center work flow and multi facility workflow. This goal will be achieved by working with cross-functional business teams and utilizing various operational applications platforms. The Director of Performance Improvement and Project Management is responsible for workforce process creation, administrative tasks, supporting dashboard and report solutions and database development to include Strategic Planning Growth initiatives: to include but not limited to, customer satisfaction improvement by creating efficiencies in the scheduling process (reducing hold time increasing answer time), staff training program development, performance metrics and optimizing call center throughput. The Director of Performance Improvement and Project Management will collaborate with business owners, data analysts, project managers, service line leaders, process improvement, operational and administrative stakeholders. The Director of Performance Improvement and Project Management will ensure the effective design, build, deployment documentation and maintenance of the data bases to support end user processes This role will support and is responsible for routine and Ad Hoc Data and Analytics reporting, report configuration , report distribution, data base development and administration throughout the organization.

What qualifications you will need:


Education:  Bachelor's Degree preferred.  

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business analysis in call center, project management, management engineering or decision support function.

Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).

Preferred: Master’s Degree with 3 years of healthcare experience. Familiarity with clinical or operational data within healthcare system desired to include call center analytics and metric reporting structure.

Minimum License, Certificates, or Registrations Required:

Required: project management certification, and/or also six sigma/green belt certification for process improvement.
