Job Summary and Qualifications
In collaboration with the VP, Strategic Project Management, the Director is responsible for supporting the execution of various large-scale, complex projects across the division in support of key strategic planning and business development initiatives. This individual will collaborate with division and hospital leaders to drive strategic planning and business development projects to support the mission, vision, and values of Methodist Healthcare System.
What qualifications you will need:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
- Preferred: MBA, MHA, or related field
Experience:
- 3-5 years managing complex systems/projects, preferably within the healthcare setting
- Progressive executive leadership exposure preferred
