Competitive Pay.

You are our most valuable resource. Methodist Healthcare has developed an equitable, fair market salary system applied to all of our positions. We will work with you to determine a rate of pay commensurate with your job and qualifications.

FSAs.

A Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provides a way to pay for certain health care expenses with before-tax dollars. Covered expenses include co-pays, deductibles, prescriptions, any dozens of other health-related items not covered by a health insurance plan. The advantage is that you will report less taxable income, contributing up to $5000 per year, which means you save money.

A Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provides a way to pay for eligible expenses to care for children under age 13 or other dependents in need of full-time care. You can contribute up to $3000 of pre-tax funds per year. This adds up to more savings for you.

401(k).

You can contribute from 1 percent to 50 percent of your pre-tax earnings up to the IRS maximum. Methodist will match your contributions up to 100 percent of the first 3 percent that you save, and you're fully vested after six years of service. Methodist Healthcare provides FREE financial education courses to help you make wise decisions about your retirement, savings and other investment decisions.

Insurance.

Methodist Healthcare offers Basic, Supplemental and Dependent life and accident coverage to help provide financial security in case of death or serious injury. It can bring great peace of mind in troubled times.

We know it's hard to care for others unless you have reliable, affordable care arranged for your children. Methodist Healthcare has paid your annual registration fee for SitterCity, a nationwide network of babysitters, nannies, senior care workers, pet sitters and even housekeepers and tutors. Most of our departments also have experienced parents and caregivers who can network with you to find the assistance you need.

Adopting to make your family complete.

Methodist honors your decision to adopt a child – it's one of the deepest commitments you can make. Our adoption reimbursement program contributes to many of the legal and ancillary costs incurred in this precious life choice.

Time off.

Methodist Healthcare offers a Paid Time Off (PTO) bank that includes vacation, holidays and sick time. You will accrue hours every pay period based on authorized hours worked, earning as much as 19.99 days per year. Your PTO can be cashed in at certain times of the year at a value of 75 percent of their base rate.

We've made arrangements for you to realize serious discounts with several wireless telecommunications services, happy to make life less expensive for our smart phone and cell using employees.
