Methodist Healthcare RNs providing direct patient care are eligible for a career ladder that recognizes your self-paced, self-motivated professional growth. The program:
RNs enroll in the program, apply their current qualifications and begin tracking qualifying events that accumulate points toward identified career levels. RNs who do not participate in the program can achieve GN/RN and RN Advanced levels. RNs enrolled in the Nursing Clinical Excellence Program can achieve RN Clinical Ladder and RN Clinical Expert levels.
